We offer customized menus, featuring Global and local fare, innovative ideas, fresh and flavorful ingredients; all prepared to your specifications. Alternative meals can be arranged to meet your specifications.
Flaming flambé, chocolate fountains, sushi rolling, pasta bars, grilled quesadilla demonstrations, and omelet and crepe stations are just a few extraordinary services UFS can provide.
In addition to food and bar/beverage service, our knowledgeable sales staff can arrange ice carvings, floral displays, tables and chairs, etc. Catering equipment rentals are also available.
